WE PROVIDE DINING EXPERIENCES THROUGH POPUPS AND PRIVATE EVENTS. AT OUR DINNERS, WE ATTEMPT TO PUSH THE BOUNDARIES OF FOOD, OFTEN CELEBRATING OFF-CUTS OF MEAT, FORGOTTEN FOOD TRADITIONS, AND IN-SEASON INGREDIENTS COUPLED WITH MODERN TECHNIQUES AND HUMBLE PLATING.
WE WEAVE A STORY THROUGH THE FOOD THAT WE SHARE. DINNERS USUALLY LAST BETWEEN TWO AND THREE HOURS AND DINERS ARE TAKEN THROUGH EIGHT TO TEN COURSES OF PLATED FOOD WITH THOUGHTFUL DRINK PAIRINGS.
ONE MAJOR OBJECTIVE OF OUR COOKING IS TO USE AS MANY LOCALLY GROWN, RAISED, FORAGED OR PROCURED INGREDIENTS, WITH THE HOPE TO SUPPORT AND HIGHLIGHT LESSER KNOWN PRODUCERS OF FOOD AROUND THE COUNTRY.

Our next dinner series focuses on in-season, sustainable fish that are caught by artisanal fishing communities around Mumbai.
